The workflow builder was designed around a visual node-based canvas where users can construct automations using drag-and-drop interactions while AI continuously analyzes workflows, suggests optimizations, detects bottlenecks, and recommends improvements in real time. Supporting modules including Knowledge Base, Integrations, AI Copilot, Workflow Analytics, and System Monitoring extend the platform into a complete AI operations workspace rather than a standalone automation tool.
